Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms: - "Vascend" or "Company": Vascend Finance S.r.l. - "Service": the Vascend Finance platform and all related services - "User": any natural or legal person accessing the Service - "Account": the personal profile created by the User to access the Service - "Content": any data, information or material uploaded by the User

Access to and use of the Service is subject to acceptance of these Terms. By registering or using the Service, the User declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.

Vascend Finance offers an AI-based accounting and financial management platform designed for Italian small and medium enterprises. The Service includes, depending on the plan subscribed: automated accounting management, electronic invoicing, bank reconciliation, predictive analysis and reporting.

To use the Service, it is necessary to create an Account providing accurate and complete information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out through their Account. In case of unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify Vascend.

The User agrees to: - Provide truthful and up-to-date information - Not use the Service for unlawful purposes - Not attempt unauthorized access to Vascend systems - Respect the intellectual property of Vascend and third parties - Not share credentials with third parties - Use the Service in compliance with applicable law

All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, logos and content, belong to Vascend Finance S.r.l. The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights other than the limited right of use provided by the subscribed plan.

The Service is offered according to different pricing plans. Prices, payment methods and renewal conditions are indicated on the Pricing page. Vascend reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Payments are managed through certified providers compliant with PCI DSS standards.

Vascend Finance is committed to ensuring the continuity and security of the Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions. Vascend shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Vascend's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

The User may withdraw from the Service at any time by deleting their Account. Vascend may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, with notice when possible. Upon withdrawal, User data will be retained for the period required by law and subsequently deleted.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.

Vascend reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after communication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
